At the 22nd Inter Pacific Bar Association conference in New Delhi 29 February - 3 March, Macrossans Lawyers' partner, Robin Lonergan will present the topic International Arbitraion and Dispute Resolution for Construction Projects.
In January 2012 the Commonwealth Personal Property Securities Act 2009 becomes effective.
