Our experience:

• Drafting joint venture and syndication documentation for the Australian European Finance Corporation, the BNZA, Sanwa for projects including Ipswich and Nambour Civic Centres, and the Hilton Hotel in Cairns and Grosvenor Place in Sydney
• Drafting mining joint venture agreements, management agreements and standard contracts for mining ventures in Australia, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, New Calendonia, Indonesia and China
• Acting for Energex Limited and Energex Retail Limited in negotiating commercial contracts, curtailable load contracts, performance contracts, high voltage maintenance agreements and specific product contracts.
