Our experience

• On behalf of DDH Graham Ltd we established four unlisted property trusts, with one trust listing (Peppercorn Investment Fund). We developed structure agreements, due diligence and prospectus creation

• Prepared an information memorandum for an unlisted mineral exploration venture

• Acted in the partial takeover of a large participant in the longline fishing industry, corporate ramifications and the future funding of the group.
