Our experience
- In 2007, we defended a childcare operator in the Federal Magistrates Court against a claim for unlawful dismissal by a former employee
- In 2007, we resolved an unfair dismissal dispute between a timber corporation and an injured employee that had breached the employer's workplace health and safety policy
- Advising a national manufacturing and distribution client regarding redundancy.
